Signing in

You sign in with an email link. There are no passwords. Enter your address, click the link we send you, and you’re in. It expires in an hour. If it has expired, request a new one.

Your profile

An account gets you a public creator profile at your own address. Your handle, display name, bio, and links appear there. We do not show your email address publicly.

Uploading

Upload from the Create menu. A new piece may be reviewed before it appears on the grid. A review can take up to 24 hours per piece, and you can keep uploading meanwhile. You can see where each of your pieces stands in your settings.

Saves and boards

Save any piece to keep it. Your saves are one flat list, newest first. Boards are for arranging; saves are for keeping. A private board is visible only to you.

Following

Follow a creator and their new work shows up in your Following feed. You can follow a moodboard the same way. It is built from what you chose to follow and nothing else, and what you look at does not feed it.

Monkey Picks

A Monkey Pick is a crown an editor puts on a single piece. Picks are rare. Submitting your work for consideration is free, and every Pick shows how it reached the editor. We don’t take a Pick back. The one exception is fraud, and the reason is recorded.

If work comes off the site

Work can leave the public site three ways. You take it down yourself, we take it down, or the account that owns it is closed. In all three the piece’s page says not found and it is gone from the grid, from search and from profiles, and a Monkey Pick badge embedded somewhere else stops loading. The work itself is still there: you can see it and its state in your settings, and it comes back if the piece or the account does. None of this takes a Pick back.

Deleting your account is the one that is permanent. Everything you posted goes with it, crowned work included, and the addresses your work used stop answering for good. Take a copy of your data first if you want one: both are in Settings, under Danger zone.

Reporting a piece

Every piece page has a report link. If something doesn’t belong, use it. If your own work is here and you want it taken down, we take it down right away. The contact page has the details.

Selling in the shop

Monkey Pro members can list their own products in the shop. A person on the team reads every listing before it goes up. The buy link goes to your own store: the sale is yours, and we take nothing from it. You can also boost a listing to the front of the shop for a run, where it carries a Promoted label. Your listings screen shows how many slots and how much of the month’s boost allowance you have left.
